Exercise Logs

Click the links below to download exercise logs for your use.  I suggest you print out 12 of each and label them with the dates of your workouts ahead of time and place them in the back of your Complete Action Guide (the white 3 ring binder you received at your orientation).  This will help you make the commitment to completing all of them.  After that it is as simple as doing the workouts and filling in the sheets.  Remember to work to failure and don’t cut corners.  You will only be cheating yourself.  Be sure to go back and read Overcoming the instinct to “Make Things Easy” on page 78 and How to Achieve “Intensity” on page 80 of your Metamorphosis book.

Know your limitations, keep it safe and ask for a “spotter” (page 82) when you need one.
