Use the attached document to think about, plan, and implement all of the rhythms, rituals, habits, patterns, and meetings that you need to “habitualize.”

What we mean by habitualize is choosing the items that you want to accomplish then put them into your calendars, your employees/co-workers calendars, your family’s calendar, etc., so that you can begin to manifest more “automatic and ritualistic” things inside your work life and your personal life.

The goal here is to let the habits that you create in your work, personal, and family life begin to dictate what happens in your life versus having you always needing to be at the center of everything and feel like you are always in a rush and never have any time. This is how you begin to manifest more simplicity in your life.

If this exercise seems overwhelming to you, please understand that you must take some time away from your daily tasks; and take what appears to be one step back, so that you can take a large leap forward. If you want to start smaller, begin by habitualizing only a handful of things, so that you can understand the benefits of this way of operating.

I suggest you set aside some time to fill out the attached document and begin to set rhythms in your life, so that you can begin to “ritualize” your life, and begin to create more time and freedom.
