Why We’re Different

We do things differently at our office. We don’t believe that you have to resign yourself to being stuck with a health condition or a disease for the rest of your life. We believe that it is possible for our patients to regain their good health and to live a full life. We do not believe that you should be stuck living a life where you are limited in what you can do, and where you can go.

Our office and its warm, caring staff are different from some medical offices. It is not just our staff that is different; our patients are different as well. Our patients are determined to change. We believe that just because something is expected to happen as a natural progression of a disease, it does not mean that it absolutely has to happen.

We work with patients who are willing to take responsibility for their health and their type II diabetes, and who are willing to work hard to produce a positive outcome. We work hard right beside them. We help to educate you on how your body works. We teach you what you need to know, and we show you what to do in order to help you change your future when it comes to type II diabetes.

In our office, we focus on the concept of “quality of life.” We want you to live a life that is full and fulfilling. We want you to be self-sufficient to do the things you love. We do not want you to end up merely sitting in a chair with limited mobility, limited communication and the inability to interact with loved ones and others around you. We want you to be able to embrace life.

We are highly motivated to help our patients, the ones who refuse to accept the status quo. When the traditional medical model tells you that you have a health condition that can’t be helped we are ready to help challenge that way of thinking. We are different because we realize that a diagnosis is just a word. It is not something that you have to accept. We know that if you are committed to making changes, you can make a noticeable difference in your quality of life.

We have created a curriculum which will help to educate you about your body and how it functions. We have personal accountability as a major factor in our action plans as well. This is because we can tell you what you need to do, but if you don’t put those changes into place, then your situation will not improve.

So we don’t tell you what to do and never mention it again. Instead, we go above and beyond by walking alongside you on your path to utmost wellness. We check in with you regularly and hold you accountable for the changes you have agreed to make. Our process is proven to get results. If you are motivated to working with a healthcare provider who is committed to helping you live a happy, healthy life, then call our office for a consultation today.
